10. Examinations Examinations are held after each module, with an oral examination at the end of the course. The examinations are both written and oral. The written examination includes: 25 to 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) at each session. In the choices given there is only one correct reply. Short questions. Short dissertations. Each teacher writes and updates the MCQs. Duration of: The written examination: 1 to 2 hours The oral examination: 30 min to 60 min Attendance to 80% of the course is compulsory for sitting the examination. Assessments are made also during the course. 11. Recognition In Mexico all courses must be recognised by the National Education Authorities (Secretaria de Educación) in order to obtain an official degree. SUMMARY This is a non residential course consisting of 17 modules, each of 20 days, for a total of 840 hours of teaching, distributed over 2 years.
